Consider: 

Sometimes, it is easier to blame circumstances, problems, or even other people for our situation, instead of taking action ourselves to change it. However, if we truly want to change and to move forward, if we sincerely desire to rise above our surrounding circumstances, we can. It is possible! While present circumstances may bring temporary limitations, if we’ll focus on the vision of “we can change this” and we keep our eyes ahead on the goal to bring about change, then if we’ll get busy doing something to work towards that change, eventually change will become our reality.
