Consider:
It’s so easy to see the problems that surround us. Anyone can recognize them and point them out, but the true challenge is to come up with a solution to the problem. You can increase your value in the work-place by contributing with a solution. You may not always come up with the ultimate solution to the trouble, but by contributing your ideas, you will be valued for someone who helps to carry the load, instead of watching from the sidelines pointing out problems and faults.
Whenever you see a problem, determine to contribute with a possible solution, even if only the beginning of an idea; and others will appreciate and value you more for giving it a go towards helping them to tackle the load.
